How about a Feb 29 (Sunday) gathering. It could be billed as the
Leap Day Letterbox event.
Some ideas:
1) Send out requests to get Event stamps sent in.
2) Gather at a coffeehouse, etc. to chat about boxing, do Exchanges,
etc.
3) Come up with a jointly designed letterbox to commemorate the
occasion.
4) Box a local box.
If we can get a couple tenatives, I'll gladly initiate #1. Maybe
someone could volunteer to make an Event Stamp. Suggest a location,
etc!
